A meeting of technical committee of The Suratee Sunni Vohra Muslim Education Society was held at A.Y.Dadabhai Technical Institute on 7th Oct 2017 at 11:30 AM. On this occasion, president of our society Mr. Salimbhai Patel had inaugrated the board room (Meeting Room) in center for excellence (new admin building). This board room is furnished with modern equipments such as computer, LCD projector, round table, air conditioner etc.
Then after meeting was started under the presidency of Mr. Salimbhai Patel. After recieting the verses of Quraan Sharif by Mr. Ziyauddin Kazi, agenda work had been started. 1st of all director of our college Mr. M.M.Dalchawal had presented half yearly report from 1-4-2017 to 30-09-2017. Thereafter budget and possible income and expenses from 1-10-2017 to 31-03-2018 had been presented. Along with this, the information about the institute's non-recurring expense such as colouring of building , computers (Language Lab), lift, furniture etc was given.
                     Then the information regarding admission in the year 2017 (Jun-July) had been given. And also informed that in all over Gujarat almost 50% of the seats has been vaccant in that situation. Our college has secured total 300 seats from 315 seats. This admission is the output of hardwork and result of our institute.
                     From these allotted seats, 126 seats from state quota (through ACPDC merit), 75 seats from management quota and 84 seats at institute level has been filled. Total 114 Muslim students has been admitted, from that 21 students are from our society. Also information regarding the starting of Solar installation & maintenance short term course from Nov-2017 in our institute has been declared.
